Water Damage Restoration - Excellent Experience

Water damage from a floor condensation drain backing up. Damage to drywall, baseboard in utility close, bathroom. Once the water backup was identified, Restoration 1 was notified there was an a very quick response team of 5, assessing the damage, installed dehumidifiers, fans and check for water dampness in the drywall. Everyone knew their assignment and very professional. So far, 4 follow-up visits and called each time prior to the visit. Arrangements were made with an environmental firm to test for asbestos. If asbestos found in the drywall, will remove, then proceed with the needed restoration process.

The restoration team (Brendan, Chris, Jerry and Jordan) arrived when promised and began working right away to assure there was no further damage to my home. They were curious, professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all my questions. The teamwork with this crew ran like a well oiled machine. There was care taken in moving some of my heavy furniture and large kitchen appliances. 100% excellent service. Jamie went above and beyond the call. After a rainy weekend we noticed a leak above our dining room. Jamie came out same day, cleaned up the place beautifully, and left us feeling reassured on the plan for repair. 10/10 p.s if Jamie’s Boss reads this, Mr. smith deserves a raise and a promotion.
